Intugo, in partnership with a leading U.S. company specializing in electrical contracting and public infrastructure projects, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support certified payroll operations for union electrical construction projects in California.
**What you'll do**:
- Process weekly payroll through Foundation software
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
- Support audits and compliance documentation
**Requirements**:
- **2+ years of payroll experience (construction, trades, or union environments preferred)**:
- **Experience with payroll systems (Foundation, QuickBooks, or similar)**:
- Understanding of prevailing wage and union payroll compliance
- **Advanced English Level**
