The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing electric torque tools and related systems at customer sites.
Responsibilities
Install, commission, and configure electric torque tools and controllers at customer facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of torque equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct on-site testing and validation to ensure tools meet torque accuracy specifications.
Provide operator training and technical guidance to customers.
Document service activities, calibration results, and equipment status reports.
Qualifications
Technical diploma or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics,



or related field.
Bachelor in Engineering is a plus.
2+ years of field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair experience.
Working knowledge of electric torque tools, fastening systems, or precision assembly equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, torque analyzers, calibration devices).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
