You will address issues that cannot be resolved remotely and collaborate with general support teams to align IT with business needs.The role requires 3–5 years of experience, local to Campeche, and a Full-Time schedule.
ITIL knowledge is preferred and familiarity with ServiceNow and system imaging is a plus.
