We’re hiring an Accountant to join our growing team! This role is adecuado for an experienced

professional who can oversee key accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance.

We are a US-based accounting firm with teams in Texas and Playa del Carmen offering a

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly Financials.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Deep review of Financial Reports
- Bank reconciliations, coding and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and update accounting software and financial systems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting associates




- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Review month-end and year-end closing Financials for Managers’ approvals
- Ability to communicate in English with clients verbally and in writing
- Onboarding

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in accounting software, QBO would be an asset but is not required
- Strong understanding of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must like people and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, good organizational and time

management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and a

fast-paced environment

- Exposure to USA accounting is an asset, but not required

Pay: From $19,000.00 per month
