Position Description:

We are looking for a smart, outgoing, and resourceful individual to be our next Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our clients in law firms. This role presents a unique opportunity for the right sales professional, who will be the initial point of contact between Rockpoint and law offices presenting our products and services, and establish new long-term business relationships and partnerships. The adecuado candidate will facilitate a variety of requests related to Rockpoint’s products and service offerings and actively discuss ways to add value to our clients, while delivering exceptional customer service to personal injury attorneys and legal case managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the initial point of contact between Rockpoint and the law firms.
- Manage incoming and/or outgoing phone calls and emails to present Rockpoint’s services to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to meeting inquiries from potential clients via phone and email.
- Vet and evaluate a variety of leads related to Rockpoint’s products and service offerings.
- Prospect, qualify leads, and set up meetings or next steps for more senior sales team members (like sales executives) to close the deal.




- Help re-activate and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with legal firms to drive revenue.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and notation of clients’ personal details.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Reliable laptop with 8GB+ RAM
- High-speed internet (60 Mbps or higher)
- C1–C2 English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

- A dedicated and quiet workspace
- Second monitor and noise-canceling headphones
- Prior sales experience, preferably within the legal field or specifically in personal injury
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Confident and professional in phone interactions, with the ability to communicate effectively through email
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret information and ask insightful questions
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Compensation

$8 to $10 USD per hour; DOE
