Job Title: Dispatch Specialist (After Hours)

Are you organized, bilingual, and ready to be the go-to person for getting things DONE? MaxTrans Logistics is looking for a Dispatch Specialist (After Hours) to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team. You'll be the link between drivers, dispatchers, and clients keeping deliveries smooth, on time, and on point.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Keep drivers in the loop with load details, updates, and real-time support.
- Track shipments using tools like Macropoint or Project44 (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- Update systems like McLeod with load notes and driver activity.
- Answer calls and emails like a pro keeping communication flowing with drivers, clients, and your team.
- Generate reports, organize documents, and help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Solve problems on the fly and help keep customers happy.

What We're Looking For:

- You’re fluent in English (spoken & written)
- You’re a multitasking ninja and love staying organized.




- You’ve got great vibes and love being part of a team.
- You can handle pressure like a champ and think fast when things change.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with dispatch tools or logistics platforms (McLeod, Fourkites, etc.).

Available Schedule & Compensation

Mixed Shift

Starting salary: $13,000.00 MXN gross per month (before taxes)

- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Thursday to Monday
