Responsibilities

- Review client contracts, payment history, and account balances to ensure financial accuracy.
- Verify that payments, discounts, and payment agreements match the signed contracts.
- Identify, investigate,



and document financial discrepancies.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and professional audit notes in the CRM in English.
- Collaborate with Finance, Collections, Client Relations, Sales, and Legal departments to resolve account discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and support process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or current studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in auditing, finance, accounting, or administrative support is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and reading required). The ability to write clear and professional CRM notes in English is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Salary: $15,000 MXN net per month
