Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Job Description: The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting employee engagement and community outreach initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the role supports internal communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Employee Communications
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand internal communication needs.
- Develop communication plans for projects that span multiple business units.
- Draft, format, and distribute employee email communications.
- Manage the internal communications inbox by responding to inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining email distribution lists.
- Archive photos, stories,
and other communication assets for internal and external use.
Digital Engagement
- Draft and publish approved announcements, news stories, and updates on the organization's employee engagement platform.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure pages and documents remain current.
- Monitor platform activity, troubleshoot basic issues, and prepare weekly engagement reports.
Corporate Citizenship Support
- Assist with the administration of corporate citizenship and community engagement programs.
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets and program records.
- Verify mailing addresses and other participant information.
- Organize and maintain program documentation and files.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Standard: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Mexico City time
Daylight: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Mexico City time
30 min lunch
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with employee communication or collaboration platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
