About the Position

Are you passionate about logistics, transportation, and customer service?

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Bilingual Operations & Tracking Executive to join our Operations team. This role is essential to the success of our daily transportation operations, ensuring freight is monitored efficiently while maintaining constant communication with customers, drivers, and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring shipments are delivered on time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Availability to work one of the following schedules: Monday to Friday 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM or 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (ZIP Code 66267)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics, operations, transportation, customer service, or a similar role (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track daily freight shipments




- Communicate with customers to ensure successful and timely delivery of their freight (in English and Spanish)
- Coordinate with third parties, including warehouse personnel and drivers
- Review, validate, and manage pickup and delivery documentation
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments involved in transportation operations
- Provide support and assistance to drivers throughout the delivery process
- Maintain accurate delivery records within internal systems
- Contribute to overall team performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service and proactive issue resolution
