About the Role

This role blends sales and customer service — you'll actively reach out to prospects and close deals, while also being a reliable point of contact for existing customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a great overall experience. This is a 100% remote position, so you'll need a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and strong self-discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to leads and prospects via phone, email, and/or chat to generate and close sales
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service recommendations
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and pipeline opportunities to meet monthly sales targets
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Support existing customers to encourage retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, deals, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with team members and report to the Sales/CS Manager

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, customer service,



or call center roles (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with CRM tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Availability to work in morning 9AM to 1 PM

Must Have

- Fluent in English
- Prior sales work experience
