Work summary

· This position should control production quality

· Implement and manage process quality in accordance with established objectives

· Prevent and solve the abnormal quality situation in the production process

· Ensure the continuous and efficient production of high-quality parts and analyze the quality issue

· Use relevant tools to continuously improve production quality

· Reduce production cost and NOK parts.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. To intervene in the monitoring of new projects ensuring that the quality requirement demanded by the client in all the product development stages.

2. To ensure the finished product quality according to the client specifications, through the monitoring and control of the different productive process stages.

3. Ensure to operate and maintain the quality system in the responsible project or production line according to the requirements of Elong Tech

4. Solve the quality problems of suppliers and customers, make the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production cost

5. Responsible for daily management, guidance, training and evaluation of quality inspector.

6. Define the quality control system, and process and product release.

7. Define measurement and testing methods for steel parts

8. Apply problem-solving methodologies.

9. Prepare a Monthly KPI Report

10. Prepare the PPAP and/or coordinate activities to complete the PPAP information and follow up on approval with the customer

11. Participate in the Product Development Process (PDP)

12. Create work instructions for safe launch, inspection, and testing

13.



Conduct cross-process audits, review 8Ds or cross-corrective actions

14. Support in coordination of incoming inspection, in-process inspection and finished goods.

15. Support in the creation and monitoring of corrective actions and supplier performance

Qualification

Education： Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

Work experience：

More than 2 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing and processing industry.

Language ability：

· Possess advanced English qualifications and be able to use it as a working language

Skill requirements：

· Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry like APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CONTROL PLAN, GD&T;

· Knowledge of CMM

· Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving

· Experience with a stamping process

· Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8Ds, 8 Steps, among others)

· Desirable Certified as an Internal Auditor
