What you'll do

- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Promote job openings and attract qualified talent.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and Operations.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate assessments, medical exams, and required documentation.
- Support onboarding activities, including contract signing and new hire setup.

What we're looking for

- Bilingual English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a Recruiter,



Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or in a similar Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR systems.
