With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist (English & Spanish) to support our LATAM region. What You'll Do:

- Drive end-to-end sales in the medical transport and aviation space
- Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations
- Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure
- Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships
- Represent Vendana with confidence across integral markets
- Take ownership of results while working hand-in-hand with our international team

What We're Looking For:





- Excellent communication and command of English and Spanish at C2 level
- A resilient, fast-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, and persuasive
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work
- Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical is a plus, but not required)
