Job Summary

The Junior AP Analyst reports to the Accounts Payable Operations Manager (located in the Mexico City) and provides support in functions related to Accounts Payable. This role is responsible for invoice processing and resolving customer inquiries in the Customer Service inbox. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Expected Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in Coupa and Salesforce systems
- Validate vendor onboarding documents, including tax forms, banking details, and compliance documents.
- Perform vendor master data changes such as address updates,



payment terms, bank account modifications, and vendor deactivation.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Process vendor requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify duplicate vendor records and perform data cleansing activities.
- Assist in month-end activities related to vendor master maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Work US time zone hours 9-6 PM PST
- Comfortable speaking English with management and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, from an accredited college.
- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management inside and outside the organization
- Responsive, motivated self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of assigned tasks driving to completion.
- Skilled in Excel (Pivots & formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications
- Desirable experience with Concur and/or Salesforce
- Experience maintaining sensitive data
- Attention to detail, planning, and a sense of urgency are key
