ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute processes and procedures accordingly

Evaluate MRP daily, generate and execute purchase orders based on delivery date requirements.

Manage and maintain purchase orders: status, lead time, tracking information.

Organize, plan, and prioritize work.

Regularly communicate with planning and procurement to ensure schedules are met and delays avoided.

Investigate and resolve material issues/shortages.

Ensure purchase requests are responded to in a timely manner.

Day to Day relationship ownership of active suppliers.

Maintain accurate supplier and part information in ERP system: lead-times, MOQs, price list, contacts.

Resolve invoice discrepancies/issues.

Resolve receiving discrepancies/issues.

Participating in working sessions/meetings.

Interact with other functional areas within the company such as engineering, quality assurance, and planning.





Communicate clearly and accurately choose the most effective communication method for various types of information.

Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with both internal and external customers.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Ability to work independently, decisively, and autonomously as well as in a team environment as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3 to 5 years of directly related work experience

SKILLS

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail software.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Experience with ERP systems required, Epicor preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salario mensual nominal: $29,000-32,000 de acuerdo a experiencia
