About DMT Law Firm

DMT Law Firm PC is a boutique entertainment immigration law firm based in Los Angeles, California. We have a thriving O and P visa practice that is predominantly music industry related, alongside other entertainment and business immigration work. We work with globally renowned musicians, their managers, agents, and entertainment companies worldwide.

We are looking for a Case Manager to grow with the firm and be a core part of how we deliver exceptional service to our clients. Pay depends on experience.

Our culture is friendly and supportive, but it requires self-motivated and responsible individuals. Expectations are high — our clients are high-profile and their timelines matter.

Requirements

- Some experience in a legal or administrative support role preferred, but willing to train someone who is sharp, highly organized, and deeply client-focused
- Service-oriented above all else — this role is client-facing and the way you communicate defines our firm's reputation
- Strong written communication skills — clear, professional, and warm
- Friendly, caring, and genuinely dedicated to helping clients navigate a stressful process




- Looking for someone interested in long-term growth with the firm
- Additional languages are a plus

Work Setup

- Fully remote
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Versátil schedule
- Paid time off

Education

- Bachelor's degree required
