About the Role
We're looking for a driven Commercial Renewal Specialist to own the full customer renewal lifecycle — protecting revenue, driving retention, and ensuring timely collections. Ideal for a skilled negotiator who builds strong customer relationships and thrives on hitting targets.

What You'll Do

- Manage the end-to-end renewal process: notifications, quotes, follow-ups, contracts, and tracking.
- Proactively contact customers on renewals, overdue invoices, and billing issues.
- Negotiate renewal terms, payment plans, and contract extensions.
- Strengthen customer relationships to reduce churn and boost retention.
- Flag at-risk accounts, spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and resolve billing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.




- Prepare renewal/collections forecasts and pipeline reports; meet or exceed targets.

What You Bring

- 4+ years in renewals, account management, collections, or inside sales (B2B software/tech).
- Salesforce CRM experience (pipeline, reporting, workflows).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.
- Advanced/fluent English & Spanish required.
- Plus: experience with network monitoring, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
