Senior Project Manager, Client Operations (Remote, Mexico)

JOB DESCRIPTION

TEOPM builds software for the industrial construction industry, focused on fiber-optic deployments and semiconductor plant construction. We work alongside general contractors and construction managers on real job sites across the US. We run a talented remote team and move fast.

We're hiring a seasoned Project Manager to own our client-facing operations. This is a role for someone who has run real projects end-to-end and can walk into a client meeting, take control, capture what matters, and drive it to delivery without hand-holding. You'll be the person clients hear from between meetings and the person internally who holds the thread.

What you'll do:

- Plan, run, and lead client meetings from start to finish
- Capture scope, requirements, and decisions, then turn them into clear documentation for the delivery team
- Build and maintain project plans and documentation, keeping them current as scope and timelines change
- Track action items, chase open questions, and keep projects moving to closure
- Be a steady point of contact for clients between meetings
- Coordinate with our remote development team so scope and delivery stay aligned

What you need:

- Active PMP certification (required)
- Several years of hands-on project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects end to end (required)
- C1 or C2 English certification, CEFR (required). You'll run live US client calls in English every week.




- Proven experience leading client-facing meetings and owning follow-through independently
- Strong scope capture and documentation discipline
- The presence and judgment to manage difficult client conversations and keep projects on track when they start to slip
- Able to work US Mountain Time business hours
- Reliable and self-directed

Nice to have:

- Experience in construction, software delivery, or industrial project environments
- Fluent Spanish alongside English

Details:

- Fully remote, based in Mexico
- Full-time contractor (W-8BEN), paid in USD
- We provide Smartsheet Core training. Completing it and passing the certification is a condition of continued employment.

Pay: $7,800.00 - $10,400.00 per week
