Who are we?

We are QST Solutions, formerly Wabash Technologies de México, a manufacturing company based in Mexicali specializing in automotive electronic components and sensing technologies. Our operations focus on the manufacturing of speed, position, and magnetic sensor solutions used in the automotive industry worldwide.

What are we looking for?

The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the program are completed on time and within budget. They will also serve as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.

Activities of the position

- Participate in all aspects of assigned programs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of project tasks and requirements in an effective and efficient manner.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management practices.
- Resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the program lifecycle.
- Analyze program risks.
- Prepare quotations for new products and/or processes, as well as changes to existing ones.





Qualifications

- Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant or equivalent experience as a Program Manager
- Core tools (APQP, PFEMA, PPAP)
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Program management certification
- 1 or 2 years as program manager
- Microsoft Office, Minitab, Microsoft Project, Design Softwares
- Fluent in English spoken

- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
