What You Will Do

- Deliver design engineering solutions that promote safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity, following Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components.
- Apply a strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards.
- Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards.
- Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design outputs and successful product implementation.





Qualifications You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design and development.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – 90%).
- Solid knowledge of GD&T; for precise dimensioning and tolerance of design components.
- Proven experience creating 3D structural models using CATIA V5.
- Proficiency in PLM systems such as Enovia, Teamcenter, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
