As our Quality Engineer , you'll play a key role in raising our process standards and ensuring every product meets and exceeds customer expectations through robust, preventive solutions.
You will guarantee production line reliability, strengthen the quality culture across the manufacturing floor, and ensure operational excellence. You'll collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams, taking ownership of quality control plans, audits, and problem‐solving methodologies—helping us move toward a more efficient, compliant, and customer‐focused future.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) to eliminate manufacturing defects, reduce scrap, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Experience in automotive quality engineering within a manufacturing environment to manage floor containment, reduce scrap, and handle complex root cause analysis.
Experience leading, coaching, and managing technical personnel such as Quality Technicians and Lab Testing Technicians.
Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Red X) to deliver robust, data‐driven corrective actions.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to present technical data, reports,



and action plans confidently.
