The Risk Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining risk management policies and procedures. This role will involve preparing risk reports, monitoring risk-related metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
Preparing detailed risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to identify potential risks.
Conducting regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate the impact of various scenarios on the business.
Risk Mitigation and Control:




Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective risk controls are in place.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Staying updated on regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry, preferably in a SOFIPO or similar entity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
