As our Order Fulfillment Representative , you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring customer requirements, order priorities, and delivery commitments are met with speed, accuracy, and collaboration. At Danfoss, we support your growth through learning opportunities, global collaboration, and meaningful work. You will help improve on-time delivery performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support operational excellence by proactively managing orders, escalations, and communication across the organization.
Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and On-Time Delivery performance to ensure proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
Analyze customer forecasts, order trends, and demand changes to support proactive planning and continuous service improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field .
Familiarity with SAP , Microsoft Office, and order management processes.
Strong communication skills in English , both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
