Giga Energy is expanding its manufacturing engineering team in Mexico to own the supplier industrialization of metal enclosures, busbars, and wiring assemblies. You'll develop manufacturing instructions and SOPs, collaborate with our Mexico contract manufacturer and Long Beach team to scale production, and tackle on-the-floor process problems during ramp.
The role is hands-on with high visibility, requiring 5+ years in related fields, experience with APQP/PPAP/FAI, and travel to supplier sites.
