The Sales Engineering Specialist supports the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping customers understand how products meet their needs. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Provide technical support during the sales process.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Assist in proposal development and contract negotiations.
Support post-sales implementation and troubleshooting.
Technical background in engineering or related field.
Familiarity with CRM and technical documentation tools.
