Job Title: Business Development Manager Intern – Hire Co (Monterrey, Mexico)

Compensation: Commission-only (no base salary)

You get paid only when you close net-new clients → 10–20% of revenue generated.

Role (100% greenfield – new business only):

Hunt B2B companies in Monterrey (tech, energy, manufacturing, retail, logistics).
Cold outreach via Linked In, email, and phone.
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Jorge.

Research industries and map HR/Talent Acquisition contacts.

Who we’re looking for:

Current university student or recent grad (Business, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).

Proactive, hungry, and not afraid of rejection.
