What You'll

As the SAP FICO subject matter expert for the Americas region, you will

Lead the resolution of complex SAP FI/CO support requests while ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance. Drive the transition from custom developments to SAP S/4 HANA Best Practi ces, supporting the organization's global Clean Core strategy. Optimize and standardize Finance and Controlling processes across multiple legal entities in the Americas. Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.



Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals. Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements. Stay current on SAP S/4 HANA Finance innovations and recommend best practices.

What We're Looking

Required Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. SAP FICO Certification. 8-10+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation and support experi ence within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, upgrades, and application support. Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business process. Experience working with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles. Knowledge of financial data migration and system optimization.
