Overview

The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the Delivery Station. The OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate and implement a site wellness program.

Key Responsibilities Provide triage, first aid and/or referral to outside medical provider, if indicated. Maintain all records of treatment given to associates. Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates. Train managers and associates. Provide daily activity logs to leadership team. Provide analysis of all incidents on a monthly basis. Frequently attend and speak at “stand‑up” meetings. Rotate shifts; this is not a remote position. Day in the Life

You will report to the WHS Manager. You will support an assigned site as medical representative. You will manage the Am Care room and attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site. You will manage Am Care supplies stock and procurement,



and emergency equipment inspection. You will maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to the Am Care room.

Basic Qualifications CPR course. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. Valid certification in first aid, CPR (Reanimación Cardiopulmonar) and AED (Desfibrilador Externo Automático) required. Bachelor’s degree as Medical Doctor (Médico Cirujano) or in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería). Preferred Qualifications Experience with workers' compensation. Experience and certification in teaching first-aid, CPR and AED. Equal Opportunity
