What you’ll do Architect & build scalable data pipelines on GCP (Big Query, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, etc.). Define and implement data architecture strategies (data lakes, warehouses, governance, security). Lead data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and optimize queries & infrastructure for performance and scalability. Establish and enforce data governance & quality frameworks, ensuring compliance and reliability. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and promote best practices in architecture and coding. Collaborate closely with product, BI, and business teams to align data solutions with strategic objectives. What we’re looking for 5+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture,



with proven GCP expertise. Strong background in data modelling, ETL frameworks, and governance principles. Hands-on experience with Terraform / Ia C. Skilled at optimizing Big Query workloads and building high-performance data ecosystems. Leadership mindset: experience mentoring agile teams and communicating complex architectures clearly. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data/Information Management or related field. GCP certifications (Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect) are a plus. Experience in Retail/CPG/e Commerce and BI/KPI frameworks is highly valued. Work in a general digital hub impacting millions of users.
