AMG Supervisor What you'll do: •Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem-solving •Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions •Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline •Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high-performing production environment What is required: •Experience Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety-critical environments preferred; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field •Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement,
