OverviewSenior Regulatory Solutions Consultant responsible for designing and delivering regulatory reporting technology solutions for financial institutions.This role reports to the Delivery Manager.You will help solve regulatory reporting and data challenges by driving compliance, efficiency, and business value.The position requires analytical, client-focused collaboration across teams, cultures, and time zones in fast-paced environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement regulatory reporting solutions that meet clients ' business and compliance needs.Partner directly with clients to understand requirements, analyze data, and recommend effective solutions.Lead solution delivery activities and support successful project execution from design through implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory reporting, data analysis,



or financial technology.Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel; experience working withdata and reporting tools.Nice to HaveMBA or advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or a related field.Experience within capital markets, regulatory reporting, or fintech environments.Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.Additional RequirementsBusiness-level English proficiency.Ability to travel for client engagements as required.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.Location: Mexico City, Mexico with a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days in-office per week, subject to change).
