Overview

The Services Architect is responsible for understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives, and translating them into scalable, well-defined service solutions aligned with TD SYNNEX’s portfolio.
This role operates regionally across Latin America and requires working in a matrix organization, partnering closely with sales, pre-sales, vendors, and integrators. The position plays a key role in ensuring alignment between customer expectations and service delivery, acting as a bridge between commercial and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design and own service architectures for technology solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, data center, modern infrastructure, networking, and managed services
Translate customer requirements into structured service offerings (scope, roles, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and SLAs)
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, vendors, partners, and integrators to support opportunities across LATAM
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery capabilities, avoiding gaps during transition to implementation
Operate effectively within a matrix organization, balancing regional and local priorities
Influence stakeholders across different teams and levels without direct authority
Educate and enable internal and external stakeholders on service portfolios, value propositions, and delivery models
Act as a regional reference for service governance, quality, and standardization
Identify risks in multi-country or complex engagements and propose mitigation strategies
Support documentation, service definition, and enablement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
Experience in IT services, solutions architecture, or service design roles
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)Cybersecurity (cloud security, IAM, SOC,



managed services)Data center & modern infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization, networking)Managed and professional services (deployment, migration, operations)
Understanding of service lifecycle, governance, and ITIL concepts
Ability to create service documentation such as SoW, service scope, and high-level architectures
Professional Skills
Strong consultative mindset, able to translate technical concepts into business value
Experience working with partners or systems integrators is highly relevant
Ability to work in multinational or regional environments (LATAM preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
High level of organization, autonomy, and attention to detail
Strategic thinking with execution capability
Collaborative mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in roles such as Services Architect, Solutions Architect, Technical Pre-Sales, or IT Consultant
Certifications (cloud, cybersecurity, ITIL) are a plus
Languages

Spanish: Fluent – mandatory
English: Advanced – mandatory
Portuguese: Nice to have
Additional Context (for sourcing alignment)

Profiles with experience working with systems integrators or partners are highly relevant
This is a consultative and hybrid role , combining architecture, service design, and stakeholder management
Ideal candidates may come from integrators,



consulting firms, or regional roles , rather than direct competitors
