Requirements

Mechanical, mechatronic or related technician.

Experience in the automotive industry of 2 to 5 years.

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

Knowledge in physics and mathematics.

Fundamentals of Engineering.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems.

Basic knowledge of programming language.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure correct operation of test and test benches to verify product performance and meet customer requirements.

Follow up on priorities on a daily basis in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support tryouts and release of new tests/tooling to ensure the correct execution of the tests.





Creation/​update of operating and calibration instructions for test benches.

Ensure that there is a stock of tools on test benches in order to keep the test benches in operation.

Perform 5s on assigned test benches.

Carry out the correct filling out of the usage file for assigned test benches on a daily basis.

Notify anomalies or problems presented on test benches in a timely manner and provide support for their solution.

Follow up on part failure on assigned benches and provide root cause support.

Provide support with preventive and corrective maintenance within the assigned test benches.

Reporting and execution of the TPM program for assigned test benches.
