**Full-time | Remote (LATAM hours)**
Our client is a fast-growing Shopify brand ( $1M/month) in the natural skincare space.
They're looking for a **hands-on Shopify Conversion Specialist**to **own their landing page and CRO roadmap**—no dev hand-offs, no fluff.
Your work will show up in tomorrow's revenue report.
**What You'll Do**:
Build landing pages and PDPs in Replo
Write high-converting headlines, bullets, CTAs
Create or source on-brand visuals (Figma, AI, etc.)
Set up A/B tests and analyze results (GA4, Hotjar)
**Must-Have Skills**:
3+ years in CRO or eComm growth design
Replo, Shopify (themes/Liquid), basic HTML/CSS
Conversion copywriting (show examples)




Visual/UI skills (Figma or Adobe)
GA4 event setup + strong test analysis
**Bonus Points**:
Experience with beauty/wellness DTC brands
Familiarity with Klaviyo
AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) for mockups & copy
**Key KPI**:
Ship 1 new landing page test per week
Drive +15% lift in contribution margin per quarter
