**Job Summary Helpdesk Support**:
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Tickets system experienced at least 8 months
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests




**Job Skills Required**:
- Availability to work hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days office near Galeria del Calzado, Guadalajara, Jalisco
- Advanced English
- Looking to work in IT Environment
- 1 year in Customer Service area
