#WeArePGDOverviewSenior-level role is responsible for driving creative program delivery for a key automotive client in Mexico.This role combines strong project management expertise with client-facing leadership and relationship management.Acts as a production partner, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams while building trust, maintaining quality standards, and enabling predictable execution across integrated onshore and nearshore workstreams.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Producer will serve as the primary Mexico-based website production lead supporting a high-profile automotive client.This is a hybrid role combining:Creative Project ManagementClient-facing leadership and relationship buildingCross-functional project managementPrimary liaison between internal teams and clientsThe role is designed to strengthen client proximity, increase face time, build trust, and ensure sustained,



reliable delivery.This position executes on the structure and consistency required to manage growing workflow complexity while protecting long-term business stability and revenue.This is awebproject management role.Client Leadership & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary day-to-day production contact for Mexico-based stakeholders.
– On the requirement overview and explanation and QA side of project delivery.Build and rebuild trusted relationships with brand and marketing team.Work directly with clients, on client ́s office.Provide clear, proactive communication and daily status updates.Confidently present production plans and timelines, and status reports to senior stakeholders.Identify perception gaps and proactively address concerns before escalation.Creative Program & Production OversightPrevious experience on multiple digital channels.Ensure alignment between project management, creative content authoring and QA.Oversee production workflow from briefing to final asset delivery.Maintain quality standards and delivery predictability.Anticipate risks and remove obstacles threatening timeline, scope, or quality.Partner closely with onshore and nearshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration.Operational ExcellenceSupport structure, cadence, and governance.Help drive prioritization across multiple prints and projects.Track scope and deliverables.Lead status meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions.QualificationsLanguageAdvanced English (C1 or higher)Spanish (native or fluent – required)Required SkillsClient Relationship ManagementCreative ProductionCross-Functional Project ManagementSenior Communication & PresentationRisk Mitigation & Escalation ManagementProject Planning & ForecastingProject & Client Process Optimization supportStakeholder AlignmentConflict ResolutionEducationBachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
