We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Fintech line of business in Mexico. This role is critical in enabling localized insights and supporting operational execution through data. You will partner closely with regional team of Engagement to help drive key initiatives that serve our customers in Mexico.

In this role, you'll be...

Participate in business analysis efforts for Mexico’s credit card product

Translate local market dynamics into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics.

Collaborate with stakeholders in the credit card Engagement Operation team to support go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives





Monitor and report on key business metrics through dashboards and performance reviews tailored to the Mexican market.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency by aligning with data engineering and governance teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

1+ years of experience in business analysis or analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Solid command of SQL and Python, along with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and coding languages as needed.

Experience in product performance tracking, financial modeling, and decision support is preferred

Fluency in English.
