Responsibilities

Manage workload balancing and capacity planning for copywriters, graphic designers, developers, and other creative resources.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and Creative Services teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, calendars, and workflow tools within Workfront.

Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes through automation and workflow improvements.

Ensure projects remain on schedule and escape risks, blockers, or resource constraints as needed.

Support ongoing process documentation, training, and adoption of project management best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow visibility and project execution.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously.





Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and the ability to build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.

Workfront experience.

Experience supporting creative, marketing, or digital production teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Cross-functional project management experience.

Process-oriented mindset with experience creating, documenting, and improving workflows.

Experience managing resource capacity, workload planning, or operational reporting.

Familiarity with workflow automation and project management best practices.

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
