Job Description

Maintain and support a high availability server infrastructure, supporting 24/7 environments

Implementing and managing Network (wired and wireless) infrastructure

Monitoring IT infrastructure and providing support or escalation as needed

Domain controller administration (AD roles configuration, Group Policy Management). DNS and DHCP administration and support

Manage and maintain corporate Backup system and ensure proper tape rotation

Provides first level support for plant users (through ticketing system)

Administration of the corporate standard Windows Operating system, and windows applications, such as Office 365 Suite and standardized software

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar





3+ years of professional experience

Experience in Server/Storage/Backup hardware and software

Great customer service focus; Problem solver and attention to details

Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
