Responsibilities

Leading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs across quality, service, specifications, and cost efficiency.

Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand.

Participating in Core Strategy Teams for direct materials and indirect materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants.

Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies, while identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Representing sourcing in project development meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards, and company policies.





Tracking procurement performance and resolving supplier issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, and blocked invoices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related

1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement

Direct and indirect materials procurement knowledge

Experience on negotiation

Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus

Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasks

Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier networks within the North America market
