Organizar el programa de compras de materiales de empaque de acuerdo con el tiempo de respuesta y capacidad de proveedores, así como factores de servicio de proveedor.

Decidir cambios en las entregas y de acuerdo con el cumplimiento de objetivos de nivel de servicio, control de inventarios y salud de inventarios.

Cero desviaciones en los valores fundamental de la organización como son seguridad, protección ambiental, ética y respeto a la gente.

Aumentar y desarrollar el potencial intelectual propio que permita enfrentar con éxito los retos del negocio.

Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad, Legal Eagle, SOX, Control Interno, Ética y demás políticas y procedimientos de APCS.

Identificar y sugerir oportunidades de mejora en su proceso y en procesos externos a su área.
