Perfil buscado
A successful General Manager

Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Operations Manager, or equivalent executive role with full P&L; responsibility.




Experience within transportation, freight, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
Experience leading medium-sized to large organizations with multiple functional business units.
Strong financial expertise, including financial statement analysis, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
Demonstrated success in improving business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Experience establishing and managing business KPIs and performance dashboards.
Ability to communicate effectively with shareholders, boards, and executive leadership teams.
Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities.
Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred
Knowledge of domestic and cross-border operations.
Familiarity with industry certifications such as CTPAT, OEA, ISO, or similar standards.
MBA or other postgraduate business education.
