Position: R2R Manager

Role Purpose:

As R2R Manager , you will lead and coordinate accounting functions across multiple business units and countries. You will ensure compliance with IFRS & US GAAP, manage monthly closings, support audits, and drive process improvements while leading a high‑performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting policies, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Validate monthly closings, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial statements.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Implement and monitor corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring succession planning and growth.
- Partner with operational units to improve financial results and provide analytical support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5–8 years of experience in General Accounting, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.
- Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement.




- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
