What We're Looking For:
As a Quality Technician at our Queretaro manufacturing site, you will be a crucial part of the team that guarantees the quality of Zebra products. You will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence by performing audits, inspecting products,
and investigating nonconforming materials to ensure nothing but the best is shipped to our customers. This role is essential for upholding our quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.
- Drive product quality by conducting audits and inspections based on Zebra's established quality-assurance processes.
- Investigate and analyze nonconforming materials, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Escalate complex quality issues to management, providing clear data and recommendations to facilitate swift resolutions.
- Interpret and apply specific technical requirements to ensure all products meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing overall product quality.
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in a quality or manufa
