New Product Introduction Project Manager

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and budget and resource estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. They proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases.

Development of collaborative project plans delivery schedules.

Managing project resources in a cross-functional global environment.

Budget Management.

Delivers effective communication strategies from Project team members to Project stakeholders and providing effective status reports.

Manages and mitigating project risks.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for high-value and complex customer accounts.

Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

5–7 years of related experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.

Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, production flows, and operational requirements.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to support a variety of business needs and cross-functional initiatives.

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.





Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain effective under changing conditions.

Hybrid - 3 days in office

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$53,350.00 - $75,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
