This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Lead the Management for the Daily Improvement (MDI) process for the production unit in order to control systems, and (ii) Direct and coordinate daily operations of assigned area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Requires 5+ years of production supervision experience within operations and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience.

Lead the Management for the Daily Improvement (MDI) process for the production unit in order to control systems

Direct and coordinate daily operations of assigned area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements

Monitor and evaluate KPIs for the production unit; identify needs and ensure continuous improvement through the use of Lean 6S manufacturing tools

Work in coordination with the area core team to identify new capacity and capability needs through the implementation of new technologies and process improvements

Oversee the improvement opportunities through the lean manufacturing methodologies, statistical tools and operations critical analysis

Establish and maintain strong relationships with all departments in order to collaborate to accomplish company goals

Establish and maintain the development carrier path for supervised personnel to enhance their abilities and maximize their results and develop the necessary strategies

Develop and participate in strategies to improve operations activities world class process

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience

Experience
5+ years of production supervision experience within operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques

Quality and manufacturing problem solution skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications

Other

Bilingual ability is preferred (Spanish/English)
