Manufacturing‑Operational Excellence Coordinator to analyze and improve manufacturing systems. This position is responsible of people and projects management, cost saving initiatives, capacity models and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to improve critical KPI’s for the operation using lean manufacturing tools. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our San Nicolás, NL plant.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or similar required.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Lean manufacturing methodologies, problem solving tools, BOM.
Responsibilities Coordinate resources and Support department toward business goals.
Cost controls in the area (Direct and Indirect Materials, Labor, etc).
Present results on Meetings (Monthly, Weekly, Mfg).
Plan for Staff Cross training.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies (eliminate waste).
Project administration for improvements.
Qualifications and Skills Advanced English level.
Leadership, manage groups of people.
Analysis.
Teamwork.
Proactive,

Lean manufacturing and problem‑solving knowledge.
Presentations.
Documentation and writing skills.
