Job Description
The Sales Representative role at Band 1 is an entry-level position supporting the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level. You will work under direct supervision, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category. Collaboration within the immediate team and close supervision will guide your success as you contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support and assist in executing sales strategies within the team and organization.

Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line,



or category with clearly defined and narrow objectives.

Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

Understanding of sales strategies and techniques

Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software (if applicable)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Desire to learn and grow within the organization

Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous internship or practical experience in sales or customer management
