Manejo de compras para el mantenimiento de la planta y gastos en general
Cumplir con la meta mensual de acuerdo con el presupuesto asignado a gastos (Expenses)




Mantener un inventario mínimo/máximo de Expenses
Dar apoyo al departamento de contabilidad y pagos en Mexico (agregar facturas a Bpcs, solicitar aprobaciones de estas, revisar discrepancias en recibos, enviar PDF de POs, etc.)
Manejar órdenes de compra en BPCS para el pago de ordenes ya sean mexicanas o americanas
Desarrollar nuevos proveedores
Dar apoyo al departamento de ingeniería (Recibir requisiciones y hacer PO)
Dar apoyo al departamento de mantenimiento (Recibir requisiciones y hacer PO)
Administración de máximos y mínimos en almacén de material no productivo (TJ30)
Elaboración de reporte semanal de gastos (Expenses) para finanzas
Impresión y administracion de tags para el inventario anual.
Alta de proveedores en sistema que cumplan con las especificaciones internas
