We are seeking a
skilled and innovative process and data expert to join our Digital Business
Process Transformation team to support business growth and digital initiatives
within Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division. Your work will play a pivotal
role in enhancing business operations by improving efficiency, reducing cycle
times, and achieving cost savings.

How You’ll Make an
Impact

- Design
and develop automation solutions to automate repetitive tasks, increasing
operational efficiency using various tools available in our system landscape.
- Collaborating with internal business leads to
create automation documentation and translation of business process to
automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces
for automation processes to facilitate easy consumption by business users.
- Work
closely with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and
incorporate feedback into design.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Business Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related degree.
- Seeking a proactive, driven, and
self-motivated individual who is willing to work in the digital business
processes area within the energy industry on internal projects.
- Experience in designing intuitive and
user-friendly UIs for automation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and
communication skills.
- Experience in platforms such as Mendix, UiPath,
Alteryx,



Microsoft platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.), or Tableau
are preferred.
- Foundation in data analytics, statistics, and
machine learning.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP and AI use
cases and automation tooling will help you succeed.
- Process improvement mindset: Strong background
in process mapping, re‑engineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive
efficiency and scalability.
- Technical
proficiency: Ability to discern and apply the right platform for the right
business challenge, whether automation (UiPath, Power Automate), data
transformation (Alteryx, Snowflake), low‑code/no‑code development (Mendix,
Power Apps), collaboration (SharePoint, Copilot), or emerging agentic AI.
Skilled in integrating these technologies to streamline workflows, optimize
data pipelines, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and automated
processes.

About the Team

- This role
will support the Digital Business Process Transformation department in our Gas
Services Central division which is responsible for the manufacturing, execution
and service lifecycle management of large power generation equipment for
Siemens Energy.




- Our

skilled at driving digital projects and working with our execution groups on
their internal business processes. This includes the use of advanced digital
tools including AI to simplify our complex processes.
